It is characterized by continuous operation with pre-tension - up to 40% of the torque is transmitted to the rear axle even in the basic Normal mode. Switching to "sport" increases this figure to 70%. The appearance of all-wheel drive led to a change in the rear suspension, which became independent with double levers. Along with the expanded track, this significantly improved handling. It is worth noting the presence in the settings of the stability system of two "sports" modes, which allow fairly deep lateral skidding. This ability can be further enhanced with the optional High Performance package, which includes self-locking Torsen differentials on both axles, as well as liquid cooling of the intercooler radiator.

In early 2024, the second-generation car was released. All changes concerned only the increase in functionality. In appearance, this approach was reflected in the form of a new composite bumper, divided into five parts, allowing damaged elements to be replaced separately. For the same reason, it was necessary to abandon the "fog lights". Another example of this approach was the transfer of the stop signal from the spoiler on the roof to the trunk lid between the rear lights, which minimized the risk of its loss during impact on the body.

The interior has undergone even more significant changes. It is characterized by chopped forms, which is due to the need to provide maximum visibility forward, as well as the convenience of using controls at high speed. For the same reason, the rearview mirror was installed higher, and the multimedia system screen "moved" to the central console.

In technical terms, there were also many changes. The inline turbocharged "trio" was modernized, becoming more powerful - 304 horsepower and 400 Nm for cars for the domestic Japanese market. However, a much more important innovation was the appearance of an 8-speed automatic transmission Aisin, which was equipped with a more efficient hydrotransformer and an additional cooling radiator, along with steering wheel-mounted "paddles" for gear shifting.
