Tyres Habilead

The Habilead brand belongs to the Chinese company Huasheng, specializing in the production of automotive tires. The company was founded in 1994 and currently produces around 3.5 million commercial and 15 million passenger tires. The enterprise uses modern equipment from Japan, Germany, the USA, and Italy. The products are exported to more than 130 countries around the world.

The range of tires for passenger cars of the brand includes both summer and winter models. The latter's lineup includes tires designed for various climatic conditions - from severe to so-called "European" winters. Different operational properties are ensured by the use of several types of tread patterns, both directional V-shaped and modern with asymmetrical element arrangement. At the same time, both studs and "three-dimensional" lamellas are used.

The lineup of summer passenger tires of the brand is much more diverse. It includes models of the High/Ultra High Performance categories. In the first case, the set of operational properties prevails in comfort. Such models are distinguished by comfortable handling, quiet and smooth ride, fuel economy, and high mileage. In turn, the more productive UHP tire lineup is focused on the segment of dynamic versions of passenger cars. Due to the use of special rubber compounds, optimized synthetic carcasses, and tread patterns with massive blocks and ribs, they are distinguished by increased accuracy in handling and stability on dry and wet surfaces.

The brand's tire lineup for all-wheel drive vehicles is composed in a maximally rational way. It includes several models, each of which implies certain usage scenarios. For example, the RS21 is designed for asphalt roads, and the RS25 is primarily for off-road use. The remaining models are designed for use on both highways and dirt roads, in different proportions. Accordingly, both the tread patterns and the internal structure of the tire differ, which ensures their maximum efficiency in the conditions for which the tire is designed.

The brand's assortment includes a number of tires for commercial vehicles of small capacity. Their distinctive feature is increased strength and extended service life. To achieve this, a whole complex of technical solutions is used, starting from the optimization of the tread pattern design and ending with a special profile shape that reduces tire wear.

In this segment, the brand is represented most widely - about three dozen models that cover almost all scenarios for using trucks and buses of large capacity. All tires are distributed according to the following categories:

- for long-haul transportation;
- for regional transportation;
- for mixed conditions;
- for mines and quarries.

The "long-haul" lineup consists mainly of universal tires designed for use on at least two axles. As a rule, these models are suitable not only for trucks but also for buses of large capacity. The tires for the driving axles have a narrower specialization. These are tires with "block" tread patterns, which, due to their design, provide increased traction and stability, primarily on slippery winter surfaces. The "regional" tires are versatile, as they can be installed on any axle, have a more robust design, and are designed for complex operating conditions. The most resistant to external influences are the tires of the Mix and Mining categories. They use the most robust carcasses and rubber compounds.
