And 22 years later, this policy justified itself - in 1927, one of the largest automotive companies, Volvo, became acquainted with the tire samples offered by the Gislaved brothers and officially announced that it would use these tires as the standard equipment on its cars.

After that, the Gislaved brand began to experience rapid growth. Engineers started expanding the range of tires offered to consumers and introducing various innovations into their production. For example, 1967 was marked by the release of radial tires with a built-in steel metal cord.
