The Gislaved Ultra Speed 2 summer tire is suitable for most small and medium-sized passenger cars. It is characterized by high precision handling, stability on wet surfaces, fuel efficiency, and a long service life.

The tread pattern features an optimized profile, which significantly increased the contact area with the road surface. As a result, the stability of the traction properties has improved, especially when maneuvering, and in combination with the increased length and number of lamellas, the effectiveness of braking on wet surfaces has also improved.

The tread pattern features four longitudinal grooves in the center. The volume of these elements has been increased compared to the previous model, which has reduced the risk of aquaplaning. In addition to this, the effectiveness of the tread on wet surfaces has been improved due to the original shape of the lamellas, which has significantly increased the length of the edges formed by them.

A new generation rubber compound is used in the manufacture of the tread. The compound, thanks to modern materials and production technologies, is highly resistant to abrasive effects and has a low heat level, which has a positive effect on both the durability of the tread and fuel efficiency.
