    The Audi A1 citycarver was present in the production range of the German brand from 2019 to 2022. The car was a "crossover" version of the compact A1 hatchback of the second generation.

    Like the original hatchback, the car is built on the modular MQB-A0 platform, sharing mechanical components with it and other VAG concern models. Visually, this model stands out, first of all, with a radiator grille, which, in addition to increased dimensions, is distinguished by a characteristic 8-sided shape for German brand crossovers. Additionally, other bumpers are used, with a more aggressive design and additional plastic and metal "skirt" along the lower edge of the body, as well as a small spoiler on the edge of the trunk lid, taken from the hatchback's additional options in the standard version. There were fewer differences in the salon, where new decorative elements were painted in contrasting orange, green, silver-blue, and copper colors.

    In technical terms, the car stands out, first of all, with a modified suspension, which uses other springs and shock absorbers, increasing the ground clearance by 35 mm. The range of available engines was not as extensive as for the standard model. The base version is equipped with an in-line turbocharged "triple" with a volume of 1 liter, developing 116 hp. and 200 Nm. As an alternative, a 4-cylinder TFSI with a volume of 1.5 liters with a power of 150 hp and a torque of 250 Nm is offered. In terms of equipment, the car is practically identical to the "original", differing only in additional options, including the so-called "sports" package. It consists of a modified exhaust system, steering control with a variable gear ratio, adaptive chassis, and brake calipers painted in red. The model comes standard with wheels with a mounting diameter of at least 16 inches, which add an additional 5 mm to the ground clearance.
