Excellent tire. I've driven on it for two seasons now and no chunk has fallen off. It's a pretty relaxed driving style. It's very soft, but still quite durable. My sound insulation is simply awful, but the noise from the tire isn't annoying, unlike the Cordiant Vertolute.

225/45/17 - corresponds to the low profile, since it is the native size for my car.
Pros:
Holds up to/starts on ice, snow, mush, asphalt - excellent. Thanks to the fortunate tread pattern design, snow and mush do not remain on the wheels.
Cons:
Handling on it is not very good - there has appeared a tendency to slide sideways (despite the fact that I have a 4-wheel drive car), the steering wheel has become less sharp.

Spent three seasons with X-Ice North on the rear axle – never had any issues, felt confident on any surface. Driving style – "aggressive". This year it was time to swap out the front tires and the three-year old X-Ice North went there. On the rear axle was bought X-Ice North XIN2. Just out of the tire rotation shop, realized that it's not possible to drive with this model like with the old one: first gear of the maneuver felt

Good evening. I've spent a lot of time researching and carefully selected the winter tires I bought - a Michelin studded tire, but I don't know the model yet. It doesn't matter. My vehicle is an Infiniti M-25 from 2011, and this is my first time with a rear-wheel drive (excluding a classic in my youth and an E-class in a 210 body which stood winter out, as it was replaced). Since I do

I will add this to my previous review. I would like to note the high durability of this tire. Throughout the winter, only one stud fell off. I drove calmly and not a lot, to and from work. I sold the car with the tires, and the new owner was surprised by how good the tires were in condition. If there is a question of which winter tire to buy, I would buy this one again, or the X-Ice North 3, when it comes out.

Extremely hot tires immediately, sidewalls a bit on the soft side, predictable handling, incredibly quite (soft sidewalls?). One of the best tires I have ever tried. Maybe the best for the money..

I'll be honest with you, I bought it for my friend who got her license on 30.12.2010. Her driving style is aggressive (I've tried to tell her but she doesn't listen). I decided not to skimp on the tires and I can honestly say I made no mistake. The tires forgive a lot, and that's true. It's excellent on ice and on snow. The braking is superb on any surface. After two winters, no studs have been lost

Three seasons on a 15 inch radius my father drove a Suzuki SX-4 sedan. The driving style is extremely relaxed. There are no comments regarding braking and comfort. However, there are comments regarding quality: after the third season, on one of the four tires, almost all the tread on the inner row came off. And that's after one season. What to do with it now? Or go back and put it back on, or throw it away?

After previous tyres I had lost hope that the car could even slightly brake on ice or start climbing a hill from a standstill. Say it straight away - the tyre has paid for itself several times over 2 seasons! This is something! Adhesion properties with any road (ice, snow, asphalt, slush, rain) are simply at the highest level! I am very satisfied with the tyre, especially its braking properties, which constantly help me out (thief-thief-thief). For

The tyres are just top notch! At first, it was a bit noisy, I was even worried, but after running in, it was almost silent even in the Lada. Holds great on any surface! If it does slide, it does so smoothly and also gets out of it. I love its softness and stability, and complete indifference to the road quality!
I drive in winter like in summer! Next time only the Polar Bear!
