Tyre reviews Michelin Energy E3A 640

If we take Michelin made in France, many of the problems described here disappear on their own. I drove on Michelin 185/70R14 made in France for 7 years, 80,000 km, with 2-3mm of tread left. After the tread was worn off by 50%, the tread started to hit the pavement harder at the joints, probably because it wore down to a harder rubber composition. The combination of different rubber compounds in the tire, a hard

I've driven on these ... 60,000! Can't even call it a tire! The tire is a complete crap! It loses traction on puddles, makes more noise than winter studded tires, is stiff, and after the 2nd season it was barely balanced! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!! It's better to ride on a wheel rim than on this crap!

Super
Just bought, noisy at speeds below 60, quieter afterwards. Handling is above all praise, didn't even think that VAZ-21124 could hold the road so well at speeds of 160-170 km/h, previously had Bridgestone Turanza GR-80, Michelin is better. From the factory, it had KAMA-217, a complete waste.

So far - the worst I've had to drive on.
Michelin Energy E3A - a complete disappointment. I took the car from the salon on Nexen2000. Before that, I drove imported cars and didn't pay much attention to the tires - ABS and proper weight distribution helped not to notice the specific minuses. The point is - I have something to compare with. And I'm not a novice driver, I can feel the car like myself. So - Nexen

Frustration comparable to a betrayal
Recently, when trying to make a sharp turn, the left front tire burst into shreds, and I flew into the ditch... I don't know how I stayed alive and didn't even flip over, but the disappointment with Misha became irreversible. It's worth noting that the tire was new and I had only driven about 15,000 kilometers on it. Until this incident, I had a sense that this type of tire was infallible...

Everything's fine, France 205/55 16, for 15,000 km, a 0.10 mm wear maybe? Everything's super, it brakes well, the rain is super. I threw it away due to cuts, a 10 cm bar, I park next to the house, I cut the tyres. Too soft sidewalls, I've never seen such soft sidewalls before...

Made in France. Good in corners (though frightening the surrounding with "screeching"), comfortable (quiet and soft), excellent in rain. Average lifespan, compared to Bridgestone B700AQ. Very prone to punctures (2-3 per season + one with "slow" puncture blew up at 160). Good choice for budget car.

Excellent tire!
I've been running the second set. The first one, 195/65 R15 91T, made in Germany, has around 56000 km on it (after that I got a new one, it looked like brand new). I'm very satisfied with the tire. Never had any problems with balancing, no cracks or other defects found, even though I hit some nice potholes a few times. The second set, 195/65 R15

205/55 R16. Up to 30,000 km the tyre was liked, no noise. Good handling. But after a trip to Sochi, it's unclear what caused it to start humming, just HORROR! Did a balance check, all was normal. Now at 55,000 km, I'm eagerly waiting for it to wear out so I can replace it. But the durability is pleasing, it will last me another season for sure. They put this tyre on Kia

Great tire. I simply adore it. Served me faithfully for 8 years. Accumulated 78320 km. I am one hundred percent confident in it, even with a puncture, it held and helped me get home, never produced loud noise. Assisted me everywhere. Managed to get out of all potholes. Even with the first frost, ice was not an issue. Brakes perfectly. There are no drawbacks.
