Tyre reviews Michelin X-Ice 2 85

This is my first studded winter tire. Prior to this I only drove on "studs" mainly NOKIAN. The capabilities of the Mischka were a huge surprise, especially the braking on asphalt (wet, dry, or snow-covered - no wobble at all, and that in the middle of a Urals winter). The silence and comfort of driving, regardless of speed, are a treat, although the road surface does have its say. The handling is stunning, and if

Installed in early December. Immediately impressed with their softness
At low winter temperatures, they remain soft and comfortable to ride on. They perform excellently on snowy roads, slush, and ice. I've driven about 1000 km, but the rubber bumps on the new tire haven't worn off yet. If you believe the manufacturer - they are more wear-resistant. We'll keep driving - we'll check. I'm satisfied with my first experience. I recommend

The tires have been performing well. Everything is fine with them. Last winter it was almost snowless and I lost two studs from each wheel.

Tires are excellent. Quiet, comfortable, and behaves well on dry and wet asphalt. Braking on ice is 4, on snow 5.

In winter, I only use these tires on different cars, starting with X-Ice, then X-Ice2, and now for my new car I bought X-Ice3, experience in their operation is still not available, because winter has not yet begun, but I hope they will be even better than the previous modifications. Reliable, wear-resistant tires, after three seasons of operation, the tread thickness has decreased by only 3mm, with no deterioration in its pattern. The tires are gri

I really like everything except the behavior on the ice. Previously, I had the Nokian Hakkapelita R on wet/dry asphalt - Michelin was better (both braking and cornering stability), on snow - approximately the same, maybe Nokian a little better, maybe not at all... But I had to drive 10 km in the countryside on polished ice - it was hard! Braking was weak, at a speed of around 40 km/h the car would steer off course

I've read a lot of reviews online and chose these. I've tried different tires - Dunlop Graspik, Good Year Ultra Grip and Extreme, Ultra Grip 500, Bridgestone Blizzak. The Michelin XI 2 are really the best in all categories. They hold the trajectory perfectly. And the softness and quietness are like having summer tires again. Best of the best!!!

Super handling, quiet, braking and accelerating on dry and wet roads. Soft. Handles moderately well on snow, but may have worn out already. Only on ice with studs. My size is 195/55R15.

Driven about 1000 km. The tires are soft on dry roads, unlike Bridgestone, they hold confidently. In the first snow (yesterday) they showed themselves to be quite good, but the snow is loose, let's see how they behave on ice. Aquaplaning is practically absent. So far, I'm satisfied.

The first experience at a temperature of +12 in the rain has excellent grip.
Installed on 17.09.08, temperature +12, then rain up to +9. Previously, I had Contiecocontat3 summer tires, in comparison with them, the grip is better, but in turns, it's just a little bit as if it's skidding. It's strange, but it's lighter than the summer tire. It's noticeably more economical than the summer one
