Tyre reviews Michelin Latitude X-Ice 9

The tire is mediocre. It's comfortable, not too noisy, but in the winter it's like driving on a summer tire. The car doesn't skid, but when speeding above 50 on a snow-covered road, it starts to slide. On ice and dry snow, I feel more confident. Driving on wet roads is also scary. I wouldn't buy this one again. This was my first Michelin tire and my opinion of it is not very good. I previously used winter Dunlop

The tire is not noisy, but it holds the road poorly, vibrates at speed
Tires are not for Russian roads, even with moderate driving and a loaded body, 4 * 4 saves mainly. At 120, it starts to beat the steering wheel, although the car has a mileage of 6,000 km, and it has been to the tire shop 2 times, the disks are even, the tires and the car are new. When braking on a snowy road

Drove for two seasons. Size 235/70R16. Overall impression - very positive. Classic good non-studded tyres: quiet, on packed snow no worse than many studded tyres, on clean ice - bearable (non-studded are obviously worse than studded), but all-wheel drive saves the day. Seriously thinking of acquiring them for my next car.

I've been running this tire after Bridgestone B-3, a normal flight, compared to the previous one, good aquaplaning stability. Very happy, all good.

Terrible tires. They are dangerous for winter. Neither on a snow-covered road, nor on ice, nor in slush can you move on them. It's just dangerous extreme. I've been in two accidents due to the lack of traction of these tires. The car's automatic transmission simply can't handle it. Before that, I used DMV1 close to it in the winter. I drove like in the summer. There is something to compare with.

Excellent tires. Outstanding handling, braking and winter driving behavior for non-studded tires. Outstanding durability. I have 60,000 km on the car. Sold the car on a summer tire, and these I have enough left for another 2 seasons.
