Tyre reviews Michelin Primacy Alpin PA3 416

Agreat tires, used to get to Germany for Christmas and in the UK, where heavy snow this year, made driving problem-free - even passed 4x4s that got stuck. Potentially huge market in the UK, but most people are unaware of winter tires!

Not bad
This winter I had the opportunity to drive both on snow/mud and on water and on ice. The tires work like clockwork. The car is predictable. And although I try to drive carefully in the winter, but sometimes I have to sharply accelerate and sharply turn
toonsbomb
into a turn. So far, so good

In my third winter on these tires. Wet and dry performance are excellent, ride quality in warm weather conditions is significantly improved. On snow, they are decent but not great, likely more suited for FWD or 4WD vehicles. On RWD you may prefer something with a bit more snow performance. Overall, a great tire for cold/wet times with occasional snow. If you live in an area with very frequent snow, there are probably better options.

I definitely recommend!
I fully agree with the test of these tires in "ADAC". Ideally balanced rubber. Today, I passed a test of driving out of a garage completely snowed in (30-60cm) - the car moved like a tank, and this despite the rear-wheel drive.

I liked them. They confidently hold the road in slush and water.
This winter I had to drive on snow/mush, water, and ice. The tires work like clockwork. The car is predictable. And although I try to drive carefully in the winter, but sometimes I have to press the gas sharply and make a sharp turn. Knock on wood, so far without problems... ABS hasn't kicked in even once!
Pros: They hold the road well and give

Good tires at a reasonable price
Size 215/55R16. Passat B6 diesel. I completely agree with the review from Serg. And I also chose this tire based on the ADAC tests. Predictably, I got what I expected. The tread pattern is interesting: the outer lamellas are more rigid compared to the central strip, which, apparently, works on black ice. When I picked up the tires, I was a bit surprised by their softness and lower weight
