Tyres Nortec

The Nortec brand belongs to the Altai Tire Complex. It was established in 2013 after the completion of the plant's modernization. Its history dates back to 1956, when a decree of the USSR Council of Ministers and the Central Committee of the CPSU was issued on the construction of a tire factory in Barnaul. The construction was repeatedly stopped and was completed only after it was announced as an All-Union Shock Komsomol Construction Site. It was completed in 1969. Another 4 years were spent on bringing the enterprise to its design production volumes, i.e., the entire process of establishing the plant as a production unit took 17 years. In 2012, the largest-scale modernization of the factory was completed, which was carried out with the help of Czech and Norwegian partners.

Currently, the list of products produced by the enterprise includes more than 150 items. All products are divided into several categories:
- agricultural tires;
- industrial tires;
- commercial tires;
- tires for SUVs and pickups;
- tires for commercial vehicles.

The most significant part of the Nortec range is occupied by agricultural tires. They are distinguished by a special design and the use of special materials with a higher strength reserve in their manufacture. The variety of agricultural tires testifies to the seriousness of the approach to their development. Each tire is designed for operation in specific conditions, which makes them exceptionally effective.

The production of this type of product should also be considered one of the priority activities of the Altai enterprise. The production of such tires is characterized by the high complexity of the technologies used and the large number of materials. This explains not so much their increased cost, but their excellent operational properties for their class.
