Nortec WT590

The Nortec WT 590 winter tire is designed for SUVs and crossovers. It nominally belongs to the High Terrain category, but its off-road characteristics are so high that it can successfully compete with AT models. This is largely due to the fact that the development of the tire was handled by Russian tire makers. The Nortec brand belongs to the Altai Tire Plant.

Aggressive V-shaped tread

The tire has an impressive appearance due to its V-shaped tread with a very aggressive design. It features a multitude of massive blocks, combined into groups of three elements each. They form very long and high traction edges, thanks to which the tire demonstrates very confident behavior on loose and slippery surfaces.

Reliability on ice

All tread blocks have special slits. In terms of functionality, they are closest to studs, forming low but very sharp edges that the tread literally bites into the ice.
