Production Poland. Scrapes anywhere, on ice super slush is also excellent, for such money probably there is no better. I have a sixth 175/70/R13. Paid 1200 rubles per wheel. Good luck to all on the roads.

Everything would be fine if it weren't for the noise, and not throughout the entire speed range, but somewhere around 30-50 km/h

Good tires
I'm not afraid to repeat myself - winter tires are good! They helped me out on ice more than once, and when I got into a snowstorm near Murmansk, they held steady at 100-120 km/h. The price-to-quality ratio suited me... I recommend them to everyone...
