Wrangler AT/R 205/75/15 on Vicks.
I bought this used tire (one season old) from a Nissan owner. The Patrol immediately gained 2 cm in height.
I didn't touch the suspension at all. Initially, it lightly gripped in turns and kicked the rear bumper's skirt, but it all settled down afterwards. Especially when I tore that skirt off on an off-road adventure :).
In 8 years of use

Replacing the original 205-70-R15 tire with a Goodyear Wrangler AT\R 205-75-15 has made no difference whatsoever. Plus, the car looks more serious now. It's definitely a real off-road vehicle now. It's worth the money. I recommend buying five of them.

The tyres were bought for all-seaon use, for an experiment, and for moderate off-road use in summer (the results of the 4x4 club magazine test can be seen here http://media.club4x4.ru/651-goodyear-wrangler-atr.html).
The feelings after a year of use are as follows:
1. Yes! You can drive in winter and in summer on the same tyre, but personally I won't do

I've been using these tires for the past 2 years, mostly from spring to fall, 60-70% on solid ground, but sometimes I also drive on fairly rough off-road terrain (luckily, my UAZ-Patriot allows it...) In short, I'm satisfied with the tires - both in terms of noise and passability, and wear
Pros: low wear, not loud
Cons: no significant ones

I did very well on my tires, I got 26,000 miles out of them, it could have been more if I was monitoring them properly on my vehicle.
