In my personal experience, these tires turned out to be even better than Michelin Pilot Sport 4, in size 225/45/17. The car has become much quieter, considering the noise insulation of the Korean car, and the joints and potholes are less felt. Although the Michelin PS 4 rubber is soft, comfortable and quiet, I liked the Goodyear better.

Comparing to Bridgestone Turanza T001 in size 225 45 17 installed as standard from the factory. Softer and more comfortable than Turanza, while handling has only improved, joints and small irregularities are less felt. The tire is quieter, not to say that it became completely noiseless, but the monotonous resonant hum has almost disappeared. The tire is much more grippy, if the Bridgestones were grinding when it was necessary to accelerate sharply and it didn't matter if you were starting from a standstill or driving in 5th gear and pressing the gas, and the transmission downshifts to third - the right wheel starts to grind, here that doesn't happen, it just holds and doesn't slip. One wheel was balanced worse than the others, 70 grams resulted, on the rest 10-30. Tire made in Slovenia, 51st week of 2021.

Ran the first season on asymmetrics and here's what I have to say about them - the tires are indeed decent, quiet, and the handling is a pleasure. Are there any drawbacks? Yes, there is one, and it can be noticed on the price tag, but what can you do, good tires now cost a pretty penny

It's been 5 months since I purchased these tires (generally 9, but 4 of them were winter, which doesn't count), to be honest - I'm disappointed. The main problem with these tires now is their rather mediocre quality. It doesn't matter whether they're cheap or expensive. If I'm brief - out of four wheels, three are bouncing, and one is very noticeable (and it didn't show up right away, so I could've returned it under warranty). My BMW is very sensitive to tire quality, so the pleasure of driving has decreased, but overall, it's still drivable (after several balancing and tweaks on the rim, at 150 km/h it goes almost without vibrations; wobbling when turning the wheel sometimes occurs at 70-80 km/h, but most of the time you don't notice it; in the city up to 80 km/h everything is super).

Now about the good: the tires are significantly quieter and softer than my previous Bridgestone (I had Potenza and Adrenalin). Fuel consumption has increased by about half a liter, the tread life has gotten worse, but it's worth it. Handling is roughly the same as with the Adrenalin, but the Adrenalin was rigid... Wear resistance is so-so, after 7,000 km, 1 mm has worn off at normal pressure and without racing, and sudden braking, I just drive a lot on the highway; it should last for another 30-40 thousand km. The price would be justified if it weren't for the flaws.

Comparing to the previous Michelin Pilot Sport 4, a front-wheel drive car with 240 horsepower, traction is an important criterion.

In all tests, the GoodYear tires were slightly inferior to the Pilots in a number of parameters, but slightly better in some. Overall, it's a draw. In my opinion, the GoodYear tires are inferior only in one aspect - the sidewall is not as beautiful as that of the Pilots)) I'm pleasantly surprised by this tire, it's definitely not noisier, and even slightly quieter than the Michelin tires, the comfort is definitely not worse, and it's very pleasant how they absorb bumps (for understanding, the winter GoodYear tire on a high profile 225/50/17 is worse in terms of comfort, but the tires are far from new, 2 pieces from 2021, 2 pieces from 2017).

Traction! It's there, and again, it's not worse than the Pilots, they confidently hold the second gear with the stability control turned off, without any slipping. I'll risk saying that I prefer the GoodYear tires in terms of traction! I remember the feeling of the new Pilots well, and I'm surprised myself. At high speeds and during maneuvers, everything is also great and stable!

The key point is how the tires will behave in the 2-3 season. The Pilots started to slip more often on the second gear in the second season and became noisier with each season, little by little. But that will be shown by long-term operation. For now, I'm completely satisfied!

Another point, the tires are sticky! Pebbles literally stick to them, not in the tread grooves, but just to the surface of the tread. That's why they rattle against the wheel arches when you drive on stony sections, I've never encountered this before 🤔🙃 I hope I won't have to deal with punctures because of this.

I first bought Michelin PS 5 for the summer, but either due to the tread or closer to the sidewall, they are really like tractor tires, or due to the rubber compound itself, but they turned out to be very noisy and uncomfortable for me. As a result, I sold them and bought Asymmetric 6. Size is 245/40/R18. They are very quiet, joints and unevenness are handled well. Acceleration on all-wheel drive, braking, everything is great. If comfort is a priority, I recommend them.

The tires were very pleasing. We went on vacation on various roads, the only place we didn't go was off-road. They perform excellently on grooved asphalt, you don't have to fight with them.
I didn't drive fast on wet roads, but I did drive in heavy rain, and overall, I have no complaints.
I have questions about braking, but the car was loaded, maybe that affected my impression.
The only direct minus, if you nitpick, is that it's noisy, but all tires are noisy, and it's hard to say if it's more or less than others. In the city at low speeds, you can't even hear it, the noise starts at 110 and above.
I definitely recommend them.

The tires are grippy and quiet. To date, these are the best tires I've purchased over the ownership of 10 cars. Michelin is comparable in quality, just as balanced and perfect. But the price of these tires is currently much more advantageous. I bought the ones made in Germany.
Aggressive driving, calm, in the rain, on serpentine roads, on highways, I definitely recommend.

Excellent traction on any surface, zero wheelspin on dry asphalt even with sharp starts. The directional stability is beyond praise, the car stays on course during maneuvers like it's cast, despite being a fairly rolly civilian sedan. Uncontrolled aquaplaning was never caught, the tire cuts through relatively deep puddles at speed like oil, but it's not worth abusing it, there are no miracles after all.

Among the drawbacks, the tire is quite noisy on non-new asphalt and, in my opinion, too stiff. But this is a reasonable price for driving characteristics.

In the current situation, one of the best options in terms of price/quality ratio, if you have an active driving style.

Low-profile vehicle. Moderately comfortable on small potholes and unevenness, rolling and sharpness during sharp maneuvers are normal. Rim protection is weak, Pirelli and Continental had much more impressive protection.

As for noise, the situation is as follows: on new asphalt, the noise is minimal, but on a year-old one, it hums quite well. Not very noisy, but definitely not the quietest either.

Aquaplaning did not fail, but I drive carefully in the rain (no more than 80 km/h).

Brakes are also good, no complaints about them.

Stability in turns is good, no complaints either.

If the car is not a racing one, then these tires will definitely be enough.

If you drive calmly and mostly in the city, you can consider more comfortable tires. There's just no point in these.
