Went 2 years! All studs are still in place and the tire still has a lot of life left in it. Mileage on the tire is 30000.
Fully satisfied with the price and quality.

I've been using this set from November to March since 2006. Wear is 40%, the tread left is at around 80% average with the remaining studs intact. I have also used it on dry roads. Noise is as expected from all studded tyres, no more. Rating: excellent.
