I've been running it without replacement for around 65,000 (used it in winter and summer, maybe a bit more).
The tire started to crack (on a dirt road). And the overall wear - somewhere after 45,000 km - it looked worn out externally. To sum it up, you can safely use it up to 50,000 km. And then be more careful.
