Tyre reviews Dunlop Graspic DS3 243

I highly recommend this tire after driving 60,000 km in 5 years, especially during winter months. I drive a lot in the city and suburbs, and the tire has worn down to 25-30% of its original thickness. I've purchased this tire twice, and that speaks volumes about its quality. The seller's description matches the actual product, and I can attest to the exceptional Japanese quality. I'm puzzled by negative reviews complaining about the tire's performance on wet and icy roads

We take and test the best for their fleets: Good, Mich, Pirelli, Conti, Yoko, Nokian, Bridg. Everything is good about them, but they could be better at braking on wet surfaces and holding turns, and they're average on ice... The wear is normal, even, and they're not "eternal" when driven normally (the edges are NOT polished from the factory - the sharp side lugs predictably hold on snow/ice/ridges), above-average snowdrift passability (all our cars are 4WD). After 40 - 50,000 km, the wear clearly starts to accelerate with a decrease in grip, BUT before that - they hold...
They're not particularly quiet, not the lightest, don't expect fuel savings - they don't roll without gas and make a bit of noise, resisting. High-quality material: as an indicator, they don't become brittle at -30°C (Asians from Malaysia/Indonesia/Thailand use a lot of rubber and don't spare technology) due to which there's dense effort (tangible control on the steering wheel). Despite being soft, they don't wear out fatally, they're well-made (out of 300 tires, not a single defective one). On average, out of 100 tires, only 2-3 get punctures (we have average roads in our region): at approximately 70 km/h, they withstand punctures decently (this cord stiffness reduces comfort)
You can buy them, even used ones !!! with more than 70% tread, but be sure to sell them before they reach half wear

The tire is great with any type of drive or car. VCT, second set, the first one ran for 6 years, to the core. Insigina. Diesel, automatic. No questions on any tires. Legacy 2.5, 2008 model year. Obviously, AWD, but the person has just bought a car, previously only studded tires. Overall, very satisfied. Tried to spin out on an Outback on a 90 degree intersection on a mix:

The only tires I had on my car for three seasons. Before these tires, tires from other brands would usually wear out by the end of the second season. These tires only started to show some tread wear on the third winter. I'm definitely going to buy these tires in the future (for next winter). I won't recommend these tires to those who are used to driving on studded tires, as they let me down on a slippery road when braking suddenly. Since then, I've gotten used

The tires were purchased with this car, and generally I drive calmly. The impression of the tires is positive in all respects, except that on ice the traction properties are lower than expected. Durability is high, I was even forced to ride on them for the summer season before scrapping - with which they performed well.

It was completely out of balance after two seasons and turned into a balloon. Maybe just bad luck, the same tires on another car were also worn out quite a bit. As for driving qualities, I won't say anything, normal tires.

Excellent tires, still soft even in 40-45 degree frost. The car glides like it's glued to the road, excellent traction. I've been using them only in the winter for 4 seasons now. As they are not studded, I put them on already in late September, before snow and slush appear, and change them in early May, when all snow has melted. My opinion: they won't let you down if you drive carefully! I highly recommend them.

Good day. Size 175/65/14. I've been using them for 2 years without replacing them. I understand your indignation...:-). Everything is fine, but in winter on any road one needs to be careful when turning, and it seems that you are trying hard.

Generally, I've been using all-season tires since 2006 and it's basically justified. I agree that wear does increase a bit during the summer, but in wet and rainy conditions, I feel very confident driving on this tire on the highway. I first bought Dunlop Graspic tires in 2012. When I got a new set, the mechanic at the tire shop evaluated my choice and said that this is a great tire. Indeed, it's soft, makes little noise on the
