I bought new tires for myself this year. I stopped at Dunlop SP Winter Ice 03, I liked the characteristics, the reviews about it are good, and I had experience with the operation of tires from this company. The tire was perfectly balanced. I went through the run-in period, trying to drive without sharp increases in speed and braking. To date, I can say that the tire shows itself at a high level: it holds the road well, does not become stiff, the noise became insignificant after the run-in period, it grips well on snow, and has good traction on ice. I've driven about 2,000 km on these tires, and I've encountered snow, ice, and bare asphalt. When I first installed them, I thought they felt a bit sluggish, but the temperature was still around 5 degrees Celsius above zero. As soon as it dropped below zero, the tires started to perform better

After some time, as expected, a lot of snow fell. I was pleased with how my car handled on the Dunlops - it drifted a bit in turns, but I was able to navigate them confidently, without drifting it's not possible. On straight roads in the snow, it goes well, without throwing the car around.

Now, about its behavior on ice. There are many studs, it accelerates well, the main thing is not to press the gas too hard. It brakes as expected, everything happens as expected, sometimes it even stops faster than you expect.

Regarding noise. Since these are studded tires, you can't completely eliminate the noise, but I want to say that this is the quietest tire I've driven on, previously I had Hankook and Hakkapeliitta 7.

In general, I think this is a good tire. We'll see how it holds up in terms of durability, but so far all the studs are still in place.

Now I can confidently say that the studs are firmly in place, and I was surprised to find that there's almost complete silence when driving on dry asphalt.
