I understood that in summer it’s Michelin and in winter it’s Goodyear. I upgraded yesterday... Michelin becomes stiffer in winter, so it will wear off more in cold weather (if you drive 10-20 thousand km a year like I do, you won’t notice it), but the tread life is shorter, so there is no noise (on the highway I’m dozing off...), but it doesn’t grip well on grass or dirt... checked in the village.

I bought these tires hoping to achieve the same level of comfort that I get on energy savers fitted to a different car. What a disappointment from the noise. I don't understand those who praise it for its quietness. It's only quiet on perfectly smooth asphalt. Which is almost never the case.
