History

Henry Ford made several attempts to create his own car manufacturing company. The first one was made on November 3, 1901. This was a kind of insurance for investors in case Henry Ford wanted to leave the company he founded again. In the first years of its existence, the enterprise produced only a few cars per day. This continued for several years, until the Ford T was released, for the production of which a revolutionary production system was applied at that time. It was based on three main principles. The first was the standardization of products and their manufacture using machines and mechanisms by unskilled workers. The next principle was the use of assembly lines. All this made it possible to significantly reduce production costs and personnel, and to direct part of the saved funds to increase wages for workers so that they could afford to buy a personal car. At the same time, there was an opportunity to constantly change the component parts, changing the characteristics of the models being produced.

Today, the company offers a wide range of wheeled vehicles, both under its own brand and under many other brands. These are mainly passenger cars, commercial and special equipment.
