The Ford Tourneo Courier is a range of small commercial vehicles designed for use in short- and medium-distance transportation, predominantly in urban conditions. It has been produced since 2014.

First Generation

Despite belonging to the Tourneo commercial range, the first-generation vehicle was built on the B platform, sharing it with the compact passenger cars of the North American brand - Fiesta and B-Max. The design of the front part was "borrowed" from the "Fiesta", and the front panel - from the "B-Max". From the latter, the passenger version also inherited a 5-seat saloon layout with a rear split bench seat with brackets for securing child seats. The cargo version differed by a blind partition, behind which a 2.3-cubic meter compartment was located, the size and shape of which were designed to transport a standard "europallet". The variability of using the van was ensured by sliding doors on both sides, 6 tie-down hooks, and numerous mounts allowing the installation of shelves and luggage systems. The passenger seat had a folding mechanism, and behind it was a removable lattice partition, which allowed transporting "long" items in a compact car. The engine range started with an in-line turbocharged "triple" with a volume of 1 liter and a power of 100 hp. As an alternative to it, two diesel engines were offered - a 1.5-liter Duratorq, developing 75 hp, as well as a 1.6-liter engine of the same family, but producing 95 hp. All power units had a "start-stop" system.

Second Generation

In the spring of 2023, the next-generation vehicle debuted. It again used the platform from compact passenger cars of the B segment, but the model significantly increased in size compared to its predecessor, adding 180 and 80 mm in length and height, respectively. Another difference was the body. Stylistically, it was brought in line with the Transit range, becoming angular and acquiring virtually flat sides. As a result, the interior space of the vehicle increased significantly. In the passenger version, the luggage compartment volume under the shelf reaches 570 liters, and when the second row is folded, this figure exceeds 2 cubic meters. The engine range differs significantly depending on the version. The passenger version is equipped only with an in-line petrol "triple" with a volume of 1 liter, producing 125 hp, which can be combined with either a 6-speed "mechanics" or a 7-range "robot" with two clutches. The cargo van, in addition to this power unit, is available with a 1.6-liter diesel engine with several degrees of boost. Most modifications have 16-inch tires and wheels as standard equipment.
