I read the reviews of this tire and I feel like I was sold a counterfeit product.
In my opinion, you can consider buying these tires for Moscow and the Moscow region only in the case of winters similar to 2019/20: without snow and with a temperature around zero. They're good for Italy, but not for Russia.
Dry: very good (the noise from the tire is much louder than on summer tires)
