Living in the countryside I've used M + S tyres for some time. Avon CR 75s and 85s were very effective but the Ice Touring replacement is not so good (wears quickly and too few lugs). I bought a pair of A3s from MyTyres (excellent service), and used them through various snowy spells this winter. Traction is excellent in mud and snow (noticeably better than CR 85S), especially when pulling out of stationary.

So far so good
I've only driven on dry and wet asphalt, and a little bit on ice. The first impression is excellent! Since I drive quite aggressively, the stiffness of the tire is a plus for me. When cornering, the car handles great, and if it does start to skid, it's with all 4 wheels, the feeling of the car doesn't disappear. Let's see how it will perform on snowy slush and ice. I recommend it!

Super!
Installed on November 10. KIEV. On Saturday in the rain - easy and confident, even in deep puddles, aquaplaning is practically absent. Yesterday, it cut through snow mush at 5+. It got out everywhere without any questions. And only in the evening, when a frost began to set in on the ring road between the Berkovtsy checkpoint and Shevchenko square, I had to slow down on turns because it started to skid

I liked
Yesterday evening I changed to Alpin A3 195/65 R15 91T. Initially, I wanted Nokian WR (cheaper), but the decision to buy was made under the conditions of the current shortage and hype in Kyiv, so I chose from what was available.

Good tires
I changed them back in late November. I was very pleased with how they behave on a wet road - excellent traction, the car stops like it's rooted to the spot. On ice, there are some minor issues, which, in principle, are to be expected - they're not studded, after all. Starting from 100 km/h, they begin to "sing" - this is a result of the large number of lamellas and their height. In principle, at

Negative driving experience
The tire is hard, it absolutely doesn't hold in a turn - it transitions into lateral skidding (ice with a layer of snow). Despite the fact that I normally drove all winter, it let me down on the last snow. If in this accident, one can blame the speed, then returning home on the same day after the accident, as you understand, no one was in a hurry. A 90-degree turn right in front of the parking lot, speed

Excellent tires for urban roads
I drove to the village last winter, there were no roads AT ALL, I drove only with a guy on a Niva. The passability is just awesome, like a tank. Mud - excellent, on wet asphalt - holds the road perfectly. I'm very satisfied so far.

Tires are super
I drove on Alpiga all last winter - satisfied as an elephant, on any road we drove - both in slush and snow, they grip great, handling is excellent, braking is almost instantaneous, quiet and just high-quality)))

There's no better cold weather and winter tire than this except for the A4... They have excellent performance without extra noise or fuel consumption.
