This is the second set of Eagle F1s I've purchased for the front wheels. The first set made it 20,000 miles, and they're looking like they will too. Great traction and a cool tread pattern (make sure to leave the wheels at full lock whenever parking so everyone can appreciate them).

Tire - bomb

tire - bomb. In the rain - there are no equals. The asphalt itself sticks to the wheels. I myself drove 190 in a downpour on the MB E270, changed lanes - not scary! I've been using the third set - I don't find an alternative. However, there are two minuses: 1. until it warms up, the car is like a cart (up to 3 minutes after leaving the garage) 2

SAAB 9-5 Aero - simply fantastic tires, holds the road perfectly, in sharp turns like a razor. In the rain, I haven't driven yet, I think there will be no problems. Guys, who respect themselves and their car - TAKE IT!!!!

Everything else is a compromise

I drive fast. One drawback - noisy before warming up, the first minutes of driving. After that - BOMBASTIC, even better in the rain than on dry pavement. Sufficiently rigid sidewalls - does not skid when sharply turning. On a straight line - start-finish - outstanding performance, ABS does not engage until the summer melted asphalt. With the first cold - REMOVE IMMEDIATELY!

Excellent tires, wear depends on driving style..., the front one worn out in one summer, but I drive aggressively and fast, the rear is in perfect condition, the noise is acceptable, it handles turns perfectly, just awesome!! On wet roads it's quite normal..

Don't buy Chinese!

Today I got rid of the Chinese GoodYear Eagle F1... Didn't drive - suffered. I felt sorry for the money spent, otherwise I would have changed it earlier. Now I've installed the German Dunlop Sport 9000, I feel like a white man. Finally, I heard the native sound of the boxer engine instead of the annoying hum of the tires.

I don't understand what the authors of the rave reviews were driving on - the only worse tires are domestic ones. It hums loudly, wore out the rear pair in 20,000 km, doesn't brake until warmed up and skids, in the fall I had to put on winter tires early because it stopped warming up altogether. One plus I can give - excellent braking.
Pros: I was tempted by the pattern when buying
Cons: noise, wear

Ambiguously

an obvious plus (on the CLK500 225-18) - it goes through "ruts" very well - it's almost not felt on the steering wheel. It rides well on wet roads. But it's very soft - potholes are caught like nothing.
