I upgraded from Yokohama Advan Sport v105 235/45/17. I drive fast. The tire is good but I expected more. The bead is very good, excellent in the rain. The biggest downside for me is a soft sidewall and consequently not the most sharp steering. Not a deal breaker, not annoying. The Yokohama is more interesting, more driving, but wore out very quickly.

Traveled around 5000 km on Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 245/45/18 100 Y XL tyres. Passed 3000 km on these tires. Overall impression is great. Very quiet, soft, holds the road well. Braking without complaints. Found what I was looking for. Rating 5!

Primarily, I noted the steering precision on this tyre. The tyre is quite stiff, it doesn't float at speed, it doesn't push the car sideways and very accurately enters into turns. The same goes for the grip on dry and wet asphalt. Apparently, Goodyear wasn't mistaken when they updated the compound of this tyre and added sticky resins to it. Caught a cut after 2 months in a pothole, maybe it was the pothole, or maybe the tires are delicate on the side.
Either way, thanks to the store for replacing them under the Goodyear warranty.

Tires are excellent, holds the road well in wet and dry conditions, 5+ stars. The wear is average, 20% after 7,000 km.
