Completed the first season, with a mileage of 6,000 km, the brakes performed well on dry, snow and ice at high altitude, and in the snow I think like many tires, the braking behavior is not very responsive. The only thing I didn't like was the soft sidewall, I hit a fairly deep pothole, resulting in a double cut, the disc and suspension were not damaged. I bought one more tire. Wear will be seen, until not a single stud falls

He took Konti ikskontact in 2016. He drove on it for 3 winters, city + highway (50000 km). In the first season of use everything was fine, the studs held, the handle on ice and loose snow was excellent, quiet. Now only the handle on loose snow remains. The tire after 3 seasons cracked, gashes on 3 out of 4 tires. Recently a tire burst, a patch did not save, air leaks through the cracks

To compare is to know. Drove on tires like Nokian, Pirelli, Good Year. Stopped at this model. Never regretted it. Track, city – excellent grip!!!! In turns stays put to the very end, snowdrift is minimal. Comfort is top-notch. Wear after two winters is 10-15%, no more! Studding is intact. If finances allow, I highly recommend!

For half a season I've driven around 5,000 km. This is my first experience with Continentals, I've used Michelin for the last 10 years. Riding style - very aggressive. Despite this, all the studs are still in place. Ideal tires for icy roads and packed snow - holds straight and in turns alike. Wet snow mixture - a hostile environment for these tires. Braking is, to put it mildly, not perfect. Michelin XiN2 was better here.

Comparing various studded tires for a long time, I started with the Nokian Hakkapeliitta 7, which has excellent acceleration and braking characteristics, but completely lacks a lateral securing device (if the car skids off the road, it is impossible to control). Then there was the Nokian Hakkapeliitta 8, which also has excellent acceleration and braking characteristics, and the car holds the lateral load much better (it has become easier to control when skidding sideways).

I bought the tires based on price and quality, and I wouldn't recommend going cheap on tire quality in the winter.
I've driven 5000 km so far. Everything is fine. Honestly, I was expecting them to be worse.

Toyota Vindom with a lot of driving experience, so I needed very good studded tires. I purchased them at the store as they have a unique de-icing technology and an asymmetrical tread pattern. I am very satisfied with the purchase, I feel confident on the road! The car accelerates smoothly, does not wheel spin like on old tires and brakes very well, just like in the summer) Very good tires, I will now recommend them to everyone)

Tires (compared to Nokian HakkaPerhe 9) grip well on ice by feel, but are noisy, and on dry and wet asphalt are worse than on Hakka 9, deep snow has not been encountered yet. The tires do not like grooves, the rubber is dragged along the groove. Mileage on the tire 4.5 thousand km, studs are still in place, I drove 500 km carefully not more than 70 km/h.

For the 2017-2018 winter season, a new set of studless tires was purchased. Initially, the vehicle was equipped with Hankook winter tires mounted on steel rims, which showed good wear resistance. However, after 5-6 years of operation, the tread depth was reduced to the minimum allowed level, and the remaining studs accounted for 70-80%. I have to admit that the braking performance of Hankook tires was far from satisfactory, which led to several unpleasant situations.

All good, and hold the road well, a bit noisy, but I guess that's more the car's problem, Overall a solid 5.
