Tyre reviews Continental Conti4x4Contact 194

I drive a Mercedes GLK with 235/60 R17 tires. I'm driving in Crimea. These tires have many advantages: they are reliable, have a solid sidewall, grip the road well, and brake well on both dry and wet roads, are not hard, I would say, elastic. In general, this would be an ideal tire - if it weren't for one major flaw. The flaw is water drainage from the contact patch and, as a result, aquaplaning

Good summer tires, much quieter than those of competitors, It's just that people haven't heard how Goodyear hums. And the tire, like shoes, can't be all-season. The tire is really worth its money. And is primarily designed for crossovers.

I'm extremely satisfied with the tire's performance. It handles curves perfectly, although there is a slight loss of control in wet conditions, but even then, only after exceeding 90 km/h. It's very soft, quiet, and reliable. This is not an all-season tire, it's a summer tire, and the manufacturers' claims about its ability to handle snow and ice are absurd. Don't even think about driving on it in winter. It's perfect for summer driving, but don't

Good tires, but weak sides, after minor collision - bulge, again bought two replacement tires with wear of 50%, i.e. still driving and driving, but bulges on both. Need to get off this needle and switch to Nexen.

The tyres were fitted by Amarok when buying a new car.
Five seasons and about 90,000 km have worn out the first set of tyres.
The need for replacement tyres arose. Long time was taken to choose and to consider different options, but eventually returned to the original Conti 4x4. Excellent tyres for the car.- Vehicle:

The tyre is on the 2010 SNOW tyre from the factory.
In principle, it's not a bad tyre, but it's exclusively a highway tyre.
I drove it for the first two years in both summer and winter. In the winter, of course, it had no studs, but it was possible to drive on it.
Then the tyre wore out and I bought a separate winter tyre.
Over four years, the tyre began to crack, presumably- Vehicle:

Wheels are made qualitatively. Conti is one of the most expensive, I buy it when finances allow. It was on a Ford. Now there is a studded winter one and I bought a summer one. I hope it won't disappoint.

R 18 265/60 110H FR Conti4x4 Contact MO, manufactured in 2019, used in St. Petersburg. The tire is quiet, handles well, and it's a pleasure to drive. However, there are drawbacks: it loses control in puddles and, most importantly, it only lasted for 10,000 km, i.e. two summers, and 2 mm of tread is left. I do not recommend, it's expensive.

The tires are not bad, soft, but the first cut on the highway has already happened. The desired improvement is to strengthen the protection.
