Fantastic tires! Bought a car with these tires, the wear was around 30% but it didn't prevent a thrilling driving experience. The first snow - pulls beautifully, brakes perfectly, easy to handle. Great on both dense and powdery snow! You can afford to be a show-off. On snowy "porridge" the car moves like a tank. I ran the tires at "0", and they held the road perfectly until the last moment. I bought the same ones! Only these

It's a dangerous tire, in the sense that where I stop, others on non Continental tires may not be able to stop in time and rear-end me! I've actually gotten used to looking in my rear view while braking at intersections and sometimes had to slam on the brakes to avoid being rear-ended. In a nutshell, it handles well, brakes even better, is quiet, but comfort is only average.

Full circle performer. I even tried it on compacted snow (25 cm) and it performs very well. Stopping on snow is very satisfactory, too. Only slight dissatisfaction with traction and braking on wet surfaces.

Excellent grip on snow and slush, we had a poor winter in Aberdeen. Never got stuck even on steep hill roads or country lanes, I would definitely recommend them to my wife's car and recommend it to my friends.

Impressive performance in this snow and ice. Low road noise, but less than old Michelin worn tyres, thus not a major. Good quality and pleasant purchase for the first Michelin in 20 years.

I am absolutely amazed by these tires from Continental. This is my first year that I am using Continental tires, I admit that I usually work on liquid and use winter tires from Dunlop, but in my opinion as a driver who drives almost 50,000 km per year, the Continental TS 830 is the best. I advise anyone who hasn't decided yet to buy and drive safely with the TS 830. Definitely they are better than Dunlop winter tires.

These tires have an amazingly good grip on snow and ice, as if you were in dry conditions, I managed to overtake 4x4 off-road vehicles with any-weather tires on snow and ice up to 30% incline. Grip on wet roads is better than summer tires, due to soft compound and higher profile the body roll was a bit more noticeable, rolling resistance was higher, but this again should be related to the tire structure and soft compound, tire wear was very good,

Don't read too much into others than the traction ratings on snow - which was good, though I didn't plow through anything particularly deep. Seemed a bit more uncertain cornering in the dry than the standard tires, but maybe that's just my imagination. And I'm not a heavy braker.

Great!
Many reviews left here by the readers of this site helped me to narrow down the number of options I considered for purchase to a reasonable amount. I hope that my review will also help someone to make up their mind.

Winter was snowy and cold. Handling on snow is great, stability in corners is good on ice. For the city it's excellent.
