When I bought a new car in 2018, I received this tire as a gift while purchasing it at the dealership. This was the first time in 32 years that I've owned Continental tires. I bought the same model for my work car (Toyota Camry) in the same year and I am buying the same tire for my wife's car. In short, all the talk about noise and behavior on ice is just their personal biases! (Looks like the tire technicians at SX-9

Recommended to buy. Hard 4. Due to the short term of use, I am not confident to fully describe the traction. Comparing to Continental's gripping, I did not feel a global change in the movement, as my winter driving has been formed using gripping tires - smooth and no sudden jerks. Also, this winter has been relatively snow-free. I bought studded tires because my car used to cross the road in icy patches last winter, and the gripping tires were almost worn out (

Everything's great! No regrets about my choice.
They bite into the snow well when parking in a snowbank and hold snow-covered roads.
A bit noisy at low speeds, but that's more a cost of having studs
in general and Raffica's not very good sound insulation.- Vehicle:

I'm really satisfied with the tires. They hold speed well and don't lock up on slippery roads. They don't oversteer on corners, great!

I bought these tires on October 28 and mounted them as required immediately, and after a 500km run, I put them to the test at a speed of 170km/h, and I was amazed that I didn't hear any noise or vibration, and on a bare asphalt road it brakes clearly, the car doesn't skid, but the tires don't like uneven road surfaces, which I think is their only drawback. It handles well on ice, and acceleration and braking are excellent,

Excellent traction on icy roads and snow, but surprisingly not so much on packed snow. And also be careful on dry asphalt. After the first season, all studs are still in place. And it's a bit noisy.

It doesn't take off well on the snow and it's hard to get traction on a groove. Doesn't get stuck or jam. Hates the mixture of water and snow, like a liquid sticky paste. Makes a loud noise even after breaking it in. Didn't notice aquaplaning on clean water. Confidently holds on clean ice. Hasn't lost its spikes yet. Pressure is currently normal despite rumors that air is leaking through the spikes but the mileage isn't too high.

As of now, the mileage on these tyres is just over 2000km. I've taken them on a highway once and they performed great. These are my first studded tyres and the ride has been normal so far))) The only downside, and not just these tyres, but all studded tyres - is the noise! They're noisier than my siping tyres, which I'm used to.

Best studded tire. Absolute dominance on the road. A little noisy, but that's normal for studs.
