Tyre reviews Nokian WR G2. Page 2 2341
Attention!!! VRZ2 tires purchased in Ukraine are DANGEROUS
Guys, come to your senses!!! You're driving on 4 RIGHT tires. There are no other ones sold in our country... at least in the places I know. Buy any tires that suit you, but not VRZ2. It's dangerous!!!
Pros: weight
Cons: inability to buy a normal set of 2 left and 2 right wheels in UkraineConfident tire for the city
Received a response from the Ukrainian LLC "Nokian Tire": "This tire has no right or left side. The tread pattern is asymmetrical. When installing the tire, it is necessary to ensure that the Outside inscription on the tire is on the outside"

It's just right for the city
I've got it all figured out!! The cunning Finns supply the whole world with only right tires, and they keep the left ones for themselves, because the left ones are better. And only the smart Norwegians (and a couple of Ukrainians)) were able to see through their trick and removed these tires from their website. And the Slavs (as well as Canadians, Swiss, Germans, etc.) turned out to be complete losers and continue

So far, the impressions are pleasant
I have replaced the tires on my car with the specified ones, although there is no snow yet, simply because I like to do everything on time. So far, the impressions are pleasant: on asphalt, I haven't noticed any particular difference from summer (we're talking about normal driving mode), in critical driving modes, I haven't tried yet, since the tires are not run-in. Regarding winter disciplines, I will form my opinion after the first snow

Forced purchase
I bought a new car 10 days ago and immediately started looking for new tires. Since the car dealership limits the choice of tires to the native size, the search circle narrows down to a few positions. The most common one that is really available for sale is the Nokian WR G2. On my previous car, I had a puncture with a rare brand for Ukraine, and it turned out that it's impossible to buy the same one again, which also

OVERALL EXCELLENT tires!
on dry roads they slide a bit, on ice they slip a bit, put them on in autumn - took them off in spring. Went through winter without problems, both in the city and on the highway and in the countryside. Each tire needs its own approach, you need to think a bit! The road is not a racing track.
Pros: no need to guess which one is left and which one is right

For a moderate climate, excellent and for the city
Little practice buying new tires. Always bought used ones from Germany. Very cautious driver during the winter period. For the first time, I bought winter tires from a European manufacturer, Nokian. Before that, I always bought Bridgestone and thought that after our Russian tires, when you need to throw sand and put branches and rags under the wheels to get out of the yard, it couldn't be better. I didn't even

Normal tire
Created by a North European manufacturer that is trying to get a place in the sun in the global market. Naturally, it's a high-class product. It shows good results in tests. And what else do you need at a price of 130 units. e. per piece 205-55 R16. R15 costs 100 units. e. already. At the same time, you don't need to lose your head and step on the gas like in the summer period

Buy if you are from the south, southwest of Ukraine
I changed my summer Michelin to WR G2 in October 2008. I will share my impressions: asphalt, snow, ice. The difference on asphalt is minimal, little noise, fuel consumption has not increased (the computer showed from 8.0 to 8.2l/100, and it still shows the same, I drive 2/3 in the city, 1/3 on the highway), on

Excellent tires for St. Petersburg's winter on a powerful car!
Recommended by rallyists! On asphalt, it's like a bad summer, squeals when braking, and understeers on turns. But compared to studded tires and HKPL4, it's a mega-gripper! In the city in winter - that's what you need! :) On slush/water/puddles - excellent! On snow - it grips, on ice - normal. I recommend, forget about
