Tyre reviews Nokian WR 669

Everything would be fine, but the ice...
I've been driving on these tires for 1.5 seasons (the entire winter of 2007-2008 and half of this one). Initially, the wheels seemed quite good, but at the first contact with ice and very slippery surfaces, well, it's useless... As someone correctly noted: "this tire is for confident driving on a slightly icy and snowy road". I'll add that it's also not bad in the city

I've been driving on these tires for two seasons now. The wear is minimal, to say the least. I didn't even notice it, considering I drive aggressively, often with wheelspin. The tire itself was made in Russia, so I was skeptical at first, but as it turned out, everything is just fine. The first season I drove on a Mazda 6 (205/55R16) and, to my delight, replaced it with a Volvo. On the Volvo, the directional

Excellent tires for a moderate price
Re-shod NOKIAN WR all-weather with a set of Bridgestone Turanza ER30. It became incredibly soft and grippy on the road. Completely different sensations, for the better! The former road noise is gone, the car holds the road much better at a pressure of 2.2. I specifically checked on the same potholes and rails, driving through which was very irritating on the previous tires. I haven't tried snow

Expected more from Nokian. On dry asphalt, it behaves erratically (Didn’t happen with Debica before). Doesn’t slide, but it skids sideways on turns, and I have to oversteer. Performs significantly better on wet asphalt. Also does well on snow.

The tire is in good condition, it performs well on the Moscow slush, but it's not the best choice for deep snow. It handles well on wet roads and in the snow. It has good wear resistance - I've been using it for the third season, and it seems like this is the last one. I drive a lot, and the car has travelled 90,000 miles, half of which are on the WR. On a hard surface, it's a 4 out of

The weather in the tires is very good, I bought them because in the winter rating they gather in Austria every year they work well on snow and ice and are very good in the summer in England it's worth buying 2 sets of tires.

It's a great winter tire. Really good grip on snow, but takes a bit more time to brake in dry conditions. Really suggest putting them on only if it's below 7 degrees C. Don't use them in over 12 degrees C - gets a bit dangerous.

It's my 4th winter with these tires and they maintain good characteristics over time. On snow and ice they are exceptional, it seems to be driving on dry road. Acceleration or sudden braking takes its toll on the ESP spy.

Yesterday I bought such tires, size 195/60/15, Nokian WR for Ford Fusion on Perova, there was a incident with sellers, the tire price is xx$ dollars, they calculate by 6, I convinced them to calculate by 5.7, what to do, people agree to buy by 7, revolution. I've been driving for a day, so far I'm satisfied.
The best for my short experience
Renault Kengaa 175/65/14 installed this winter, already driven 1500, at a speed of 120-130 normal. In the summer, I drove on native Continentals - very hard and noisy (for sale)
Pros: on wet and dirty roads super
Cons: did not notice
