Even before all the crises and "events" they were expensive (for their parks, we take/test the best: Good, Mich, Pirelli, Conti, Yoko, Dunlop, Bridg). Normal balance of qualities in all tests.
Here, braking and maneuvers would be a bit more aggressive on wet roads, and at high speeds, you understeer... The edges are NOT polished from the factory: sharp side lugs predictably catch, but do not allow racing on ice/skating/track, when starting, they slip a little, when accelerating - less. On snow, everything is fine, thanks to the Christmas tree tread pattern, they normally pull in a snowbank and "mash" (we have 4WD on all cars). Wear is high for a premium brand and such a price: 5-10% more on the edge, but the sidewalls are NOT stiff and fold slightly.
Reduced, but residual noise at speeds over 130 km/h compared to the previous RSi, they save fuel (roll without gas, almost without resistance). High-quality medium-hard material: as an indicator, they do not become brittle even at -30°C)) breed and technology, however - because of which there is a dense effort (informative on the wheel), during normal driving for 7-9 years, there are no cracks (just store them correctly). Well-made (out of 300 tires, not a single defective one). We have medium-bad roads in our region: in general, out of 100 tires, 2-3 blowouts occur, approximately 60 km/h withstand a puncture (normal for Europe and a little for Russian roads, and the softness of the cord provides comfort on the other hand).
**In winter, take a narrower width (when driving frequently on ice/skating - take narrow ones) for pressure on the road and piercing through a snowbank (but not narrower than the disk). Reviews - from jeeps/sedans/vans... and opinions clearly differ (weight, suspension, region, wear, skills - everyone has their own) - read about cars similar to yours
You can take them, even used ones !!! but less than 50% wear

Excellent tires, but only at temperatures below +7
Very good tires in all respects. There are many advantages, including braking and acceleration on slippery roads and wet asphalt, which are simply superb (you need to be careful with the rear bumper). The biggest disadvantage is that they are very soft and therefore float at high speeds when the temperature is above +7 (it's better not to drive over 120 km/h). At temperatures below +7, there are no complaints. And at -18

I really enjoy driving it. It's not too loud and the car handles well on the road. Turns out it's a Finnish-made one, which is definitely a plus.

These tires are excellent in terms of price-to-quality ratio. The set I purchased cost no more than 20,000 rubles (at least that's how it was when I bought them). Now, let's talk about their behavior on the road, their plus and minuses. The tire was used year-round, both in winter and summer. I'll start with the positives. Firstly, the tires are very quiet. Unlike studded tires, which can be noisy in winter, these tires are

Amazing tires! I'm a 215/55/16 and they've driven 18,000 km and 3 winters! I'm planning to drive another season! The tread is still in perfect condition!
I highly recommend them! Iron-clad confidence on any winter surface! Extremely quiet! I even test-drove them on a studded Superba and almost went deaf!!! Only non-studded tires!!!

Last winter I went on a trip. Moscow, Moscow Oblast. I try to drive carefully, style is not aggressive. Previously, I had almost the same tire on a passenger car (R). The tire was liked and met all the requirements except for one moment - the rear axle slide (on asphalt) of the vehicle when entering a 90-degree turn at a speed of less than 20 km/h. I attribute this to the rear-wheel drive. Based on the experience, I bought R

For me, this is the best tire.
Perfect tread, love quiet driving, engine braking and smooth dynamics.
I would ride on it quietly in the summer. When the winter comes, I enjoy the movement.
On summer, I have Bridgestone Adrenalin Potenza re 50 - semi-sporty. Such a ****. I regret buying it.

Winter tires. Put them on as soon as November 15th, I'm having fun. Even on my cart the difference is noticeable. The steering wheel turns easier and the fuel consumption is less. And it doesn't crack over time. I've been driving for three years now. The only downside is the price))))

Only positive impressions! The tire is wonderful, soft, quiet. For snowy conditions - just what you need. Behaves well on fresh snow, on packed snow and on snow slush. Provides good traction and brakes very well. Of course, on dry asphalt at +10C, the braking distance is longer than on a summer tire, but, as a matter of fact, this tire was not designed for high temperatures. Came out of the snow once when, confident in my tires, I mis

Excellent tires
Cool tires. I took them 3 weeks ago. Wet asphalt - excellent, better than the native summer Hankook Optimo, stable in turns, good braking distance. Dry asphalt - soft, noiseless, sticky or something. I haven't driven in snow and ice yet.
Pros: Excellent on wet asphalt. I haven't driven in snow and ice yet
Cons: Sticky on dry asphalt.- Control on a dry road
