The tire is good for snow, but not for asphalt.
A good tire. I put it on the Tuxon, and on snow, I never had to engage four-wheel drive all winter. However, it is very soft and on dry asphalt, even at -15 with sharp lane changes at 80 km/h, the stability system starts to work.

Convinced of the unnecessary studs
Wanted to try "non-studs" after 3 winters on two different cars with Gislaved NF3 and NF5 and only positive emotions!
Pros: Gives confidence on any surface in winter.
Cons: At a good plus it starts to "float", unexpected drifts, especially on a wet road- Control on a dry road

ABC won't save
I'll be describing the review on the Opel Astra 1.6, R-ka in some situations deceives ABC and makes it trigger in situations where only using the brake can save the situation. There was an emergency case where I got on a road with asphalt-lysa schebenka and on such a surface I couldn't brake. I consider 2 most dangerous moments with this tire: tram tracks and polished gravel in asphalt... on these

Just fantastic tires. The previous Sailun studs just locked up everywhere, even on a smooth patch of snow. The Hakkapelitta is just a thrill. Even on icy ramps in the garage, it grips and hauls the car out. With ABS braking, it's almost inaudible - it used to never cut out.

I use these tires on a 2200kg car with permanent 4WD ALL THE TIME!!!
They handle snow great and do pretty well on clear ice on a solid 4WD setup.
For lighter vehicles, they may not handle the road that well, in my opinion, the choice of tire significantly depends on the weight of the vehicle and the 4WD system.- Vehicle:

Bought knowingly, to have winter without studs. Expectations were met in general. Considering the car, handling, stability, etc. is non-criticizable. They brake normally on ice. In 8 years, two front wheels went out of balance due to our expensive roads and were replaced, a new pair of similar ones was bought.

Krasnodar Krai. The tire lasted for 5 years from November to April with a winter mileage of around 30 km. It wore down to 6. I bought it in 2012 for 1856014, and it was produced in week 46 of 2011. The first 4 years were driven in the summer, and there were no issues whatsoever. Snow, slush, puddles, compacted snow - excellent traction. In black ice, of course

Used 205/70/15 as all-season on minivan, final mileage after 4 years in the order of 70,000.
Saw no reason to change in the spring, they worked fully as summer - and weight, and quietness, and traction, did not hydroplane.
Tread life still remaining (do not believe marketing), tire death occurred due to cord rupture, one after another went out with a whimper.

As far as I'm concerned, this tire is great for winter driving on highways and winter routes, not to mention the city. I live in Arkhangelsk. The only problem is, it's the same issue as with studded tires - on ice. It's been 6 seasons. The remaining tread depth is 5-6 mm. The mileage is approximately 40,000 km of winter trips from Arkhangelsk and the region to Magnitogorsk on highways and off
