Not balanced. In all my 15 years, I've only encountered this once. At 80 km/h (+/-), a loud whine and vibrations of the steering wheel and body, which became noticeable immediately after switching to summer tires. I balanced three times - where I bought them and at a proven years-long tire service. The vibrations were always different, but present. The tires are made in France. Perhaps the size is specific - 235/60 R18. The tire fitters say

The tire was worn out without retreading from February 2017 to January 2020. All the tire is done! The cord went into it. I drove it in summer and winter. All year round. Country town. The tire is very soft. Noisy in summer. Generally satisfied. But for that money I would like to ride it for a couple more seasons. The tire has been worn out for 69000 km.
