This model behaves very well on wet asphalt and snow. Very well made sipes, by the way, of two types - two and three sipes. I don't know how Goodyear managed to achieve it, but the traction is clear and precise in cornering, acceleration and braking.

A great tire for a city where there is a bit of snow-clearing. Performs well on the slush. Wears well, should last for 4-5 seasons at average mileage.

A month of driving, great flight! Holds the road great, and silent.

Before that I had a 8, bought a new model 9 this year - excellent tires, quality has only gotten better with the new model.

The noise is absent even on the track at high speeds, and it behaves well on both dry asphalt and water. It's very soft, yet the tire is not over-sprung. Driving the car on these wheels is at a high level and you have full confidence that the tire won't let you down in any situation. Considering the price range, which is roughly average for this size and this manufacturer, the price-to-quality ratio is very good, and I highly recommend it.

Definitely would buy more.

The tread protector wears out very little over the season, and there is a wear indicator. Excellent handling in any weather conditions.

Good tires for a European winter. They handle mud and puddles like a pro. The tread is excellent, strong and durable. Quality as always at the top with Goodyear.

1. Michelin Alpin (came with the car) - divine, but pricey;
2. Bridgestone Blizzak - cheaper, but less comfort;
3. Goodyear UltraGrip 9 - the best value/comfort/quality out of all the above.
