In winter conditions, it's simply perfect. The braking distance is reduced, which is especially important in extreme situations. There are special grooves that reduce the risk of aquaplaning, which is not a small thing when there are puddles or icy snow on the road. The grip is excellent.

Not long ago, I got familiar with Goodyear tires, but in such a short time I found only the pluses in them. We don't have very cold winters, which means the asphalt is either dry or wet. The tires perform equally well on both. They showed themselves with a four on ice and snow. A fully worthy model.

To be honest, it feels like I'm still driving on summer tires from last winter. The tires are quite stiff but they handle both dry and wet asphalt very well. That's exactly the kind of tires I needed - the minimum stopping distance on a wet surface, which is why I chose them. As the model has improved, that distance has also decreased. It handles snow well, holds its course, and I didn't feel any discomfort.

They fit well for the city and a climate with infrequent rainfall. Very quiet and soft, good tread pattern - water is drained well. On wet snow and rain, they behave confidently, don't let down, and brake clearly.

When buying the car, the UltraGrip 8 winter tires were in a mediocre state, and I drove on them last season... this year I decided to purchase the same line from "the good guy", although I had some doubts, as the pattern is radically different from the predecessors. But in practice, everything was great, a "reasonable" wear, softness, quiet. This season there was not so much snow, but when there was, there were no problematic situations with the given tire

Hello everyone. Started with 6, then 7, 7+, 8. Now I've got 9. Just like on all previous versions, the tires are completely silent. The 8 has 69 dB, the 9 has 66 dB. These tires are fantastic. I've had Nokian, Bridgestone, Dunlop with studs, all of them are in the trash. This line is simply a bestseller.

Quiet, comfortable, very predictable but lose to studs on ice. The best for city.

A very interesting tread compound and innovative groove design that effectively prevents aquaplaning, personally I feel that on them I drive, as if on a dry and wet asphalt in summer. I would recommend them to those, who don't live in extremely cold climate, up to -15 degrees, without any reservations.

For years now, Goodyears have been my top choice. Last year I decided to try out what they call a "mountain winter" model since we just moved to a place with a family. As always, I was satisfied with Goodyears. They're not expensive, and they do a great job with all their features. If you're in a region that gets down to -15, I would recommend them with confidence.

snowy mush and puddles, doesn't even notice, having changed to winter tires, doesn't feel like it's not for summer driving, no screeching from the studs, brakes well in water, but on ice it catches poorly, but overall, I've never regretted the purchase.
