Excellent tires. Have driven on them for 3 winters!!! (around 60,000 km). Hold the car superbly on a snowy road, well on dry and wet asphalt, not bad on ice! Highly recommend to everyone: excellent price/quality ratio!

Quiet, soft, economical (the car consumes less gasoline on them than on summer Nokias V). Snow and, especially, thaw - that's what's needed. I drove on very steep long slope through deep snow. Ice - if you drive without fanaticism, it's quite feasible. Wear - not big.

Advantages:
Dry asphalt +10 and below is great.
Wet road is great.
Mud and freshly fallen snow is great.
Packed snow is very good.
Rough ice is good
Disadvantages:
At high temperatures +10 and above, it floats a little, but it's bearable. Glass ice is poor. Just like any winter tire in general.
Requires caution on ice, all other surfaces caused no problems at- Vehicle:

I bought these tyres in the season of 2010-2011, immediately after they came on the market. Size is 195/65 R15. The first impression on a wet road - the car holds the road as if it were glued, acceleration is excellent, turns are done as if on dry summer ground. The picture is even better in snow - start-up in deep snow is absolutely smooth, even with wheel-spin, it accelerates perfectly, and acceleration and braking on snow-ice

Excellent tires for the money. On dry/wet asphalt at high speeds, it goes like on rails. Very quiet and soft (compared to Bridgestone Turanza ER300). The main advantage is how the tires handle loose snow. With my front-wheel drive, I haven't gotten stuck once this snowy winter. Parking in a snowbank is not a problem, driving to the dacha on a snow-covered road is easy. Braking and handling on snow and ice are good, but clearly worse than studded tires and a bit worse than Ultragrip Ice 2. The only downside I've identified is traction when starting from a standstill. The anti-slip system almost always engages. But maybe I'm just pressing the pedal too hard and I just need to be smoother.
SUMMARY. I'm satisfied with my choice, it definitely justifies its cost. For city driving, it's perfect.

The winter was mild, but it was necessary to drive on the snow-covered roads. There were no complaints about this tire, it gripped the snow well, although it's a bit noisy, that's just the tread, it wasn't bought for that. I'm fully satisfied.

Definitely the tire meets the declared characteristics. Tire ran in Crimea a little on snow, a little on ice, on wet and dry asphalt. Performs well in dynamic driving – I recommend!

Use on the south, on ice like any tire. Predictable ride, no sharp braking. Comfortable, quiet on dry road. Also good on wet asphalt. Does not hydroplane, enters puddle without impact. The tread blocks small stones, when accelerating the tire clears them, but this is a drawback on the highway. I recommend for purchase.

I have been using these tires for 2 seasons now. They have never failed me during winter and icy conditions, on a snowy track and on a dry road. I like the stability and handling, the braking is quite efficient. On a wet road during the thaw, they provide reliable handling. I am very pleased with the choice of these tires. The price is in line with the quality and characteristics of the tires.

The tire was great for its age, but lacked grip in snowstorms, fortunately, we don't get snow very often. Last year I also got the UG Ice 2 from Goodyear, which is a new model that replaced the plus, and they fixed all the flaws. It's super on snow, ice and dry roads.
