Nissan "Primera" — a mid-size car that was produced by the Japanese manufacturer from 1990 to 2007. At the start of sales, the model managed to win the title of "Car of the Year" in Europe, which testified to its worthiness.P10
In 1990, the outdated Bluebird was replaced by a new "Primera" model, the production of which was established at a plant in the UK. The car was offered in three bodies — sedan, wagon, and hatchback. It was equipped with front-wheel drive, which worked in conjunction with a 5-speed "mechanics" or 4-speed "automatic". The assembly of the all-wheel drive version was also established, which was released in a small batch of 1000 units. Notably, the wagon body was assembled exclusively in Japan. In addition, it had many differences from the European version, so most of its parts were unique. The start of the second generation took place in Japan in 1995, and in Europe in 1996. The car has slightly changed, but its "filling" remained the same. The basis of petrol engines consisted of 1.6 and 2-liter units, and diesels were represented by 2.0-liter engines. Mechanics and automatic transmissions were offered. For the American market, this model was supplied under the Infiniti G20 brand. It had a more luxurious equipment, including crystal headlights, cruise control, rich interior trim, heated seats, and much more.
In 1999, the company carried out a restyling, which made the body lines more smooth, new interior design options appeared, climate control was installed, xenon headlights with a washer. In Europe, a version with a variator became available.

The third generation in a row began its history in 2001. A year later, it was presented on an official basis in Europe and Russia. The car received a new exterior, it began to be equipped with a large number of additional systems that increased not only safety but also comfort. In 2004, another restyling was carried out, which made changes to the suspension and some interior elements. The generation existed until 2007, when the model was completely removed from production due to constantly decreasing sales volumes.
