Great tire!

I got it along with the car, which was already worn out - it was manufactured in 2001. Despite this, as well as the previous owner's use during the summer, it allowed me to get through the winter. I only slipped when going through deep snow, but I think that was due to the severely worn tread.

The tires perform very well on snow, the same can be said about wet and dry conditions. Even knowing that it's a winter tire, but even at high temperatures - still grips perfectly. Best purchase for me, will buy another pair!

Needed a reasonable winter tire to deal with rear wheel drive and combination of snow - no issues in winter conditions, but noticeably poor braking when there was no snow or rain and temperatures got above 6C. Penalized for deep winter, but switched back to summer wheels and tires when the snow went away.

I brought them in as winter tyres but found they are also great for English weather (always wet!). Really a super deal as all round tyres (sorry for the pun!). I use the same tyres on my Volvo 940 estate, and they are as good. Ultra Grip 6 or Ultra Grip 7, seems roughly the same to me. Thanks to MyTyres for your quick service and help.

Cons: on ice, any non-studded tire doesn't hold the car

Very comfortable tires, but with strong wear

I bought 205/60/15 tires for Sonata in autumn 2006. When driving on slush, wet, loose snow up to 120 km/h, they are very good. Faster - they start to lead. Front-wheel drive, auto Mazda 626 2002, on asphalt it's not bad at all, drove for a month, and the weather deteriorated, it took two days to understand that it's better not to leave the city, on snow the car was still manageable, on ice, complete loss of control over the car at speeds over 30 km/h, and the average speed on snow was 30-40 km/h

There were big problems with snow where I live this winter, so I bought and fitted these tires - no more problems, and they're great all year round on twisty or muddy roads too
