I'm a beginner with cars but I'll write about my first tire impressions. I was a bit hesitant approaching winter thinking I wouldn't do it right – I'd skid, be unable to calculate braking distance, and get stuck in a snowbank. My Kia Rio wasn't exactly known for its winter capabilities, so I think the tires played a big role in my surprisingly uneventful winter. The vehicle with this rubber held the road perfectly. Braking distance was almost the same as in summer

Good tire. Passed 36,000 km. Over this period, 5-7 studs fell off. Mainly a calm driving style. Holds well on ice. Never slipped or skidded (I keep to the speed limit). Wear is small. A small groove formed around the studs, i.e. when loaded, the stud would slightly deform the top layer of the tire and over time it would fall off. I'm satisfied with the tire and will buy Continental in the future.

Excellent tire. I've driven 3 seasons with all studs still in place. This may be due to my cautious speed. This tire has really impressed me with its confident grip on the road. It doesn't understeer on turns. Most importantly, it's silent, which is something many online reviews complain about.

I've done 5 sets of winter tires at 10,000 km each, and overall I'm satisfied. The only gripe I have is with the braking performance; possibly a limitation of all winter tires, as they struggle on asphalt for one reason, and on slippery surfaces for another. I'm planning to change them because on one of the more worn-out sets, around 1/4 of the studs started to fall off (after the initial 20 km, they were falling off singly

Got a Kalina (1.6 16v 98HP) and bought this set, expecting it to last for 2 seasons and lose 50% of its tread on the front axle by that time. I was surprised to find that I lost only 3-4 studs (and that was in the middle of spring on worn-out dry asphalt). I think that after the second winter the set will be worn out by no more than 10-15%. The tire's been driven

Excellent tire. Good road and ice traction. Good grip. Quiet tire. Quieter than my summer tire on studs!

After 3 Moscow seasons, I've lost 3-4 studs per wheel, I think that's pretty good! Those who lose more than half per 1-2 seasons should go to Formula 1!

I've been running two winters on the Galaxie (215/60/16) and before that on the Sarane (195/65/15). It's been fine, the only drawback being rather low traction (compared to the Gudýir UG 500). I decided to push it until I found new ones - apparently, they've stopped production, and what a shame! On dry asphalt, I was accelerating to 200 - better than many summer tyres, and braking

Driven for 2 seasons, 175/65 R15. Never got stuck, neither on ice nor on snow. Quite a comfortable tire. From a small hill it starts with wheel spin, on snow also with wheel spin. Loses studs moderately, depends on driving style. Makes moderate noise.

Reliably, confidently, but noisy and a bit rough.

I installed them a couple of weeks ago, and this is my first experience with studded tires. Of course, there's a humming noise like in an airplane, but in a Boeing, not an AN-24 (that's on asphalt), and on snow and ice (I've already had a chance to try them out outside the city), they're simply superb. When cornering, they're confident without skidding up

    Positive uncensored - Ah.....!

Considering the road surface condition in Samara and the operation of special equipment on the roads, I can confidently assert that the choice of tires was correct. I consider the talks about the noise of this tire to be nonsense, because I spent the last winter on Hakkapeliitta - it's heaven and earth. The non-directional tread pattern allows you to steer almost like in summer. There were a couple of skids on ice during sharp turns, but
