At first, they seemed noisy, but after driving (or I just got used to it) I started to perceive them as normal.
The handling on dry roads is excellent, I don't drive in the rain, and I only drive in the city, so I haven't had any problems with puddles. I've driven them for one season so far, from May to mid-October, and I haven't had any problems.
