I've heard and read a lot about these tires, but I bought them for the first time. I'm very pleased with this choice. The first thing that surprised me was the difficulty in turning the steering wheel when stationary. The tires seem to stick to the asphalt. On a trip along the highway, they showed low noise, good handling, elasticity and softness on unevenness, and directional stability on dry and wet asphalt. So far, only positive impressions.

Quite quiet and soft tires compared to Premium contact 5, they grip the road well in both dry and wet weather and heavy rain. Everything is fine, without any complaints.

I installed them in the spring and so far, I'm satisfied. They are quite grippy, both on asphalt and on gravel, they hold confidently. When braking, they grip reliably and stop very quickly, even on a wet surface. They are definitely worth the money, both in terms of comfort and handling. It's strange that I need to rate their performance on snow and ice for a summer tire, especially since I haven't driven on such surfaces. And the wear resistance is far from being tested after just one thousand kilometers.

It's been two years since I installed a set of Conti 6, previously had Sport Contact 5, very similar in terms of characteristics and comfort, confidence. This year I updated only the front two, because I caught a ridge in the road last summer and the front ones became sawn and curved. But they didn't burst and the rim wasn't damaged. Good tires.

Size 245/45 R18, made in Portugal. I don't share the enthusiasm for this tire.
Advantages:

1. Excellent resistance to aquaplaning.

2. Good directional stability.

3. Short braking distance on dry road, quite short on wet.

And now the disadvantages.

1. Slowed reaction to fast steering turns.

2. Noise in the cabin is above average.

3. After one season, the rubber really becomes hard.

4. Tends to catch nails and screws like no other in my experience.

Would I take it again? Definitely no, even for half the price.

P.S. I bought it new at Viannor in 2018.

Expensive but cool ?

If you have the money, I recommend this tire (the most important thing is that it's not made by the Kaluga plant) with German quality, everything is super, there were minimal issues with two out of four tires, I've driven with pleasure for two seasons, bought the same tires again but from the Kaluga plant, Continental, the tire wear is even, the front wheels are almost completely worn out, about 50-60% of the tread is left, and although the tire has become bald, it still has good grip, if you have the finances, you should get it, you'll be driving like a king, if you want to stop, you can, but the only minus of Continental 6 is that the braking distance is slightly longer than that of Continental Sport 5, that's just my feeling. No complaints, good luck?
