This is the best combination of safety and noise! Hakka is good, but very noisy. The others are weaker. This is already the third model of studded tires from Continental that I have, and only positive emotions! I strongly recommend to everyone!

In comparison with Nordman, it's just a different world. Excellent tires for city and highway, on snowy unpaved roads they are 3rd class. Overall, 4+, they deserve 100%

Winter in the 25th year turned out to be almost snowless in the Moscow region, so operation is mainly on wet or dry asphalt. I did the run-in as required, after that I didn't spare the tires (the car has over 300 horsepower), sharp starts and braking are the norm. The studs are all in place, no noticeable wear so far. On asphalt, it's a bit noisy, but on snow and ice, it goes perfectly (predictably and quietly)

The tires are great. They drive on any snow and ice. Not noisy.
Of the minuses, the studs fall out more often, unlike competitors. I drive carefully, but they still fall out. Apparently, for the passability of this tire, you have to sacrifice something.
I'm taking it for the second time. In general, I'm satisfied.- Vehicle:

Good tires from a good brand. I've driven through the winter. Before that, I drove 2 winters on Continental Ice Contact 2. There were no problems, a few studs came off in 2 winters. This tire has an even higher quality stud and the same factory studding, unlike Japanese and Korean brands. Braking on icy surfaces is excellent. The previous generation tire held worse in slippery turns, there was a drift, the 3rd one holds better. Not noisy. My size is 265 65 R16. Good tread, comfortable. I hope it will still be on sale for a reasonable cost.

Excellent tires in all respects. I recommend!
However, the points "Resistance to aquaplaning" and
"Wet handling" do not apply to studded tires.- Vehicle:

Read a lot of negative reviews about the tire, but seeing that a set made in Germany was for sale, I decided to take a chance, despite the not very fresh production date. I didn't regret it. Over the winter, I practically didn't lose any studs. They handle well on any surface. Due to the large number of studs, they are not particularly noisy.

I purchased these tires in September 2020 and ran them in properly without sharp acceleration and braking (although I learned how economical my car could be), with a total run-in mileage of 2000 km. When I finished running them in, I started using them aggressively and the studs were shedding like from a machine gun. By the end of the season, with my driving style, about 30% of the tread was left and not a single stud was left after a mileage of around 25,000 for the season, with an aggressive driving style and a front-wheel drive car. I exchanged them under warranty for new ones, and when I returned the old ones, I put on Nordman 5, which turned out to be comparable to the fact that even a worn-out Continental outperforms the overpraised Nokian by far. There were many places where I had to climb a hill that only all-wheel drive models could handle. In general, these tires are very good for normal civilian driving in all aspects except for wear resistance.

Holds the road very well. After winter, the studs are all in place. In terms of noise, it's quite acceptable. I've never regretted the purchase

Bought to replace the previous Conti Ice Contact 2, which traveled 50,000 km and were sold. And so
Conti Ice Contact 3, made in Germany, size 205.55.16, traveled 15,500 km over the season. Ran in the first 500 km at no more than 60 km/h, then normal operation. Over the season, one stud came out on one wheel. Not noisy, soft. On dry and wet asphalt, they hold and brake perfectly. On ice, they behave perfectly and predictably, in snow they grip better than the 2nd generation.
