Tire bomb, either on dry or wet asphalt, the only drawbacks are the price and wear resistance. Also, personally for me, it's a bit noisy, but not critically

Very soft sidewall, especially on Russian made tires. Romanian ones aren't that soft.

Water aquaplaning resistance unknown - no experience. All characteristics are set for "hot" tire. Noted that road grip improves significantly after heating (5-6 minutes driving), especially at +5 degrees on the street.
