I fitted this tyre size 255/50R19 on my Mercedes ML W164 at the start of a season. 15,000 km was enough to understand all the product's characteristics. This is a pure road tyre for dry asphalt with a one-season lifespan. I hope that's clear. I've highlighted it. On the rear axle of my ML (despite the 50/50 axle load distribution) the maximum mileage until the factory's control threshold is 18,000 km.

The tire is specified in the owner's manual for the vehicle, supercharge 510 power, so I took it. The impression is not bad, but there are two buts: the tire is very soft, there were a lot of punctures, I constantly picked up nails and screws and wheels. And secondly, the tire is only two years old and then it's scrap. It wears out very quickly.

The vehicle on this tire has traveled approximately 20,000 km +/- 2,000. The driving style is extremely calm, almost grandfatherly.

Out of 20,000 km on the highway, the car has traveled 14,000 (drove to the sea twice). There are things to note.

1 + . This is a very pleasant tire to operate with excellent smoothness and the ability to absorb many road irregularities. A big plus.

2 + . Overall, it's not noisy. The acoustic comfort is sufficient not to dream of other wheels while driving for a long time. It's worth noting that I have excellent soundproofing in my Q5, and on other cars, the acoustics may be more pronounced. That is, a subjective point from me.

3 + . In any weather conditions, I didn't feel vulnerable on the road. Rain, downpour, heat, frost, coolness, a rut full of water - I was calm about contact with the road everywhere. A big plus.

There are only 2 significant minuses.

1 - . After 20,000 km of calm driving on a straight road, the tire has worn out almost to the wear indicators. All 4 wheels. Curtain.
There is no wear resistance. The car is new, the pressure is always in order, the suspension angles are all in the green (checked 2 times a year).

2 - . The current price for tires of 20,000 rubles per piece with a resource intensity of 22-25,000 km is robbery.

I won't recommend or dissuade anyone from buying, but I won't buy it again myself.
There is tire rubber that is no worse, but much more durable.

The ContiSportContact 5 SUV (245x45R19) tires were on the car from the salon. They have gone through three seasons, with a mileage of 40,000 km, and are now practically "bald". The mileage was mainly in Moscow, the Moscow region, and I also drove to Sochi and Crimea every summer, back and forth. On the highway, the tires behave excellently in warm sunny weather. At a speed of 190-200 km/h, there are no problems, they hold the road perfectly! In the rain, they also have good traction with the road (at a reasonable speed...). The tires are very stiff, you can feel all the "speed bumps" and joints. But this is also a plus, I drove over curbs, various stones, got into small potholes, and there were no punctures, cuts, scratches, or rim damage - everything withstands! Very good, sharp handling on dry roads, at any speed. Decent braking.

Of the minuses, - quite noisy (winter studded tires are almost as noisy), the tire tracks are strongly felt, and the price is very high. In my opinion, they wore out quickly.

Of course, these tires are not for off-road driving, a small amount of dirt, and they get clogged instantly, and you're on slicks.

The best on the market, tried switching to a different premium brand, didn’t work out, back to SportContact (235/65 R18). I recommend to those who enjoy dynamic driving - predictable and clear responses, great handling of the car, braking - all top-notch. Bought the same one for the Q7 (255/50 R20). One drawback - wear out after a season (~20,000 km). If you don't care about the money, buy it freely.

Great tire. I bought the same second set. The first set wore out after 4 seasons. It works well in the city and on the highway. Never let me down. There is one minus - noise from the tires.

Excellent tires!

I chose for a long time, the reason was in the hardness and the terrible level of noise from the "native" Dunlop - it was impossible to get accustomed to the acoustic discomfort after replacing the winter tires. Nokian on "summer" Dunlop. Continental - a completely different high level of comfort - both acoustic (silence!) and driving (the spirit of adventure has passed, the understandable manageability on Russian roads has come).

Tires on a solid 5. Auto Finik FX 37S. I've driven 15,000 km on them.

The tire is resistant to rutting (those who have driven on Finik will understand), stable braking from high speeds at 35+ degrees with water.

Interestingly, I previously had Haida in the same size, and the tread pattern was, shall we say, similar to Conti). I won't say it was a bad tire, as its main advantage was the "sweet" price. It was a bit harder, a bit more rigid, but the most interesting thing is that I drove on it for 2 seasons (~40,000 km) and when I switched to winter tires at the end of the season, they already looked like racing wheels, considering that in the first season I didn't notice significant wear.

That's my personal comparison. All the best.

They look great, have a deep tread, are stiff and slightly noisy. I think the durability will be better than the previous ones. Aquaplaning is 5/5. Replaced Goodyear F-1.

Excellent choice! Low noise, perfectly holds the road in any weather, just like the entire "tread" is prone to increased wear, but improves handling by an order of magnitude.
