I generally love this model line (Prem Contact). So, my review is somewhat subjective. I first bought Prem Contact 5 for my Octavia back in 2018, choosing it based on tests, especially for its performance "on water". It never let me down. I drove through puddles, rode in the rain. It's quiet, sensitive, and handles the road perfectly. But, as they say, you have to pay for everything. The tires are more expensive than their analogs and wear out quickly. On my Octavia, they lasted for 3 seasons or about 40,000 kilometers. Now I've bought them for my Kodiac, which has a lot more safety systems and drives more smoothly and carefully, so maybe they'll last longer. Anyway, I buy them to maximize my safety while driving, and in the summer, the scariest things are puddles and driving in the rain. That's why I made this choice. For those who want to repeat my experience, I'll note that I've always tried to choose tires made in the "old world". For example, the classic Conti Prem Contact 7 with a standard speed/load index is made in Romania. Models with slightly "higher" characteristics are made in France. The price difference is about 1,500 per wheel, but, in my opinion, it's worth it.

The tire is very good, it holds the road well, handles wet roads and is not noisy. Not the cheapest, but I think it's worth it, it's the price for safety.

Recently, I've been trying to save money on tires, and over the past three years, I've come to realize that everything produced by Chinese manufacturers under their own brand is for amateurs, that's the result. I chose Michelin, but at that time, it was not available. On the Mosavtoshina website, I was interested in Continental 235 55 19, and I gladly purchased a set of tires. And now, in the middle of summer, everything is fine, the tires are excellent, and the aquaplaning is great. At a speed of 100, I hit a large puddle, and I even got a bit tense, but the tire handled it, and the steering wheel didn't even wobble. I drove through it like it was a wet asphalt. I thank the guys from Mosavtoshina for providing a quality product. Guys, keep it up!!!

Great tires!
I've had all the previous models from the 5 series.
Very quiet, not much noisier than the "sticky" 7 series from Continental, I expected them to be much noisier.
Excellent braking and friction properties, which become noticeable literally after the first 500 km of running-in. I'm counting on 3 seasons (with my mileage).

P.S. The ratings for behavior on snow and handling on ice are very strange for summer tires -) And the review form won't let me submit without them. Mosavtoshina, please improve it so that such criteria are not offered by default for summer tires ;-)- Vehicle:

Well, what can I say... I expected better. On Moscow's roads, it hums loudly, even at standard 80 km/h, I've had quieter tires before. It doesn't like ruts at all, the steering wheel jerks more than my previous Hankooks. Mixed feelings. It's labeled as premium, but in reality, it's inferior to mid-range ones.

In size 225/45 R17 on 7.5 wheels, this is an ideal tire for its cost. It doesn't make noise, brakes perfectly, isn't sensitive to ruts, and doesn't float up to 130 km/h, considering the small weight of the car.

The tire was very much liked. Quiet, in the rain there are no hints of drift. Better than Pirelli P-zero.
