In VikingContact6, the tread was designed with bridges in the tread blocks to prevent the tread blocks from closing and allowing for better contact with the road surface, plus reinforced tread blocks for better traction during cornering, plus a new tread compound and tread design.

I've put the German Q7 on German ContiViking6, of course. I'm very pleased with the new ones. Extremely quiet, soft, yet the car doesn't become a sled due to the soft rubber. Excellent traction both on ice and on asphalt. Braking is above praise, stops as if carved. I'd recommend for the city!

I bought a set of Hakkapeliitta 7 studs to replace the Hakkapeliitta 18 and the Continental ContiWinterContact TS 860. That’s a whole different world. The comfort and grip are just as good as the Hakkapeliitta 18, but with a shorter braking distance.
