These tires are really excellent. Even at -35°C they remain soft.
They hum a bit on uncoated asphalt for the first 300 km, then they are completely silent at any speed and on any surface.
They handle extreme cornering on the highway at high speeds.
They grip very well on ice, deep snow and steep icy inclines.
Braking is excellent on any surface.
The studs don't come loose

I've been driving on this tire since 2013. To be honest, it has gotten quite worn out, with only a couple of studs left intact when I last checked. As soon as I bought it, I thoroughly inspected its road performance, both on snow and on ice, and I was thoroughly impressed. Unfortunately, I didn't know how to properly use the studs at the time.

Mileage on these tires is 20000 km, lost only a couple of studs. Performs well with winter functions, handling up to 160 km/h good. On dry asphalt, despite studs, it behaves stably. Very satisfied with the tire. Price to quality ratio optimal.

A genuine great tire. Bought in 2010, driven 6 seasons, still got 15% of studs left. Saved me from a serious crash on an icy intersection. Thought it was all over, but my quick reaction + VOLVO + CONTINENTAL safety – that's my guardian angel.

An excellent combination of price and quality. An excellent combination of the properties of a city winter tire and a trip into the wild. Just don't go there where you'll have to run after a tractor by any means.

This tyre has gone through five seasons. Tread wear: 0, 1, 2, 6. The tyre is in perfect condition.

In the dry: It understeers even on gentle corners when it's wet. It is fine on a straight, even at high speeds. On snow, I think a directional tread tyre is better. This is better for high-speed driving on smooth, rolled or polished roads.

I'm thrilled! The size is 235/60 R16. I bought the tire a bit wider - on my Suzuki with full-time four-wheel drive, and for most of the winter I drive in rear-wheel drive mode. Initially, it's a bit noisy until the tread bites in, but now in the spring after 14,000 km it's rather quiet and the tread is still in great shape. On the highway it's a real champ, holding 150 km/h without a problem

Hello, I received an offer from a store to leave a review about the tires, as I have nothing to compare it to, I'll share my experience. I've driven different cars with different wheels, and currently, I'm driving a Honda Avancer 4WD and decided to get studded tires for extra caution. I can say that normal tires are quiet, the tread is not too deep, and they behave predictably. I think a good tread would have done just as well. Anyway

I am extremely satisfied with the Continental ContiIceContact 4x4 tyres. They only hum during break-in, after 300 km of driving, they become almost silent. They perform exceptionally well on bare ice, confidently grip on snowy surfaces, and also at high speeds on slush and corners. This is very important! Braking is flawless on any surface, with ABS hardly ever engaging. I would recommend these tyres to everyone who cares about safety.
