In 2017, the brand presented a car of the second generation. Despite the external similarity with the predecessor, technically this was a different model, using a new platform with a much wider use of high-strength steel and a different architecture of the "power" body frame. This allowed to significantly increase its stiffness on bending and torsion, while reducing the weight of the car by 80 kg at once. Another innovation was the engine. This was a power unit from the predecessor with a volume of 0.7 liters, which underwent a fairly large-scale modernization. In particular, it was distinguished by a smaller cylinder diameter, but with a larger piston stroke. In combination with the presence of the proprietary i-VTEC variable valve timing system, this made it possible to increase traction at low revs, reduce fuel consumption. As before, two execution options were available - "atmospheric" and turbocharged. In the first case, the power and torque figures reached 58 hp and 65 Nm, and in the second - 64 hp and 104 Nm. Both options were combined exclusively with a belt variator, and depending on the configuration - with front or all-wheel drive.

The popularity of this car is largely due to the design of the salon, which is distinguished by its rarity and practicality. The front seats had two execution options - separate chairs or a solid sofa. In the first case, for convenient access to the second row, there was a mechanical adjustment that allowed the passenger seat to be moved more than half a meter - 570 mm. The second row had longitudinal adjustment with a range of 190 mm. Another difference was the presence of a complex of Honda Sensing driver assistance systems already in the standard equipment, with adaptive headlights and cruise control, automatic lane keeping.
